2023 Big Papa Cabernet Sauvignon White Bluffs AVA, Washington State
Named for the Ferrelli family patriarch. The 2023 is sourced from some of Washington's oldest vineyards — Bacchus, Sagemoor, and Dionysus — co-fermented for a layered, robust character and aged in 60% new oak from three cooperages. Unfined. Unfiltered. Exactly what it's supposed to be.
Opens with dark fruit, spice, and herbaceous black currant. Big, earthy, and persistent on the finish. Built for red meat and built to age — peak drinkability around 10 years from vintage.
2022 Taylor Mag Cabernet Sauvignon Taylor Mag Estate Vineyard, Red Mountain AVA
Hand-harvested clone 191 Cab from our 17.1-acre estate. A 34-day maceration followed by native fermentation and aging in Radoux barrels gives this wine structure without the intimidation. This is the Cab for the person who thinks they don't like Cab.
Dusty, expressive nose. Big jammy fruit on the palate with soft, approachable tannins. Pair with duck or venison. Drink now or within 10 years.
2021 Estate Cabernet Reserve Angela's Vineyard, Red Mountain AVA
Made entirely from free-run juice off Angela's Vineyard at the southwest tip of Red Mountain. Aged in Tonnellerie Plantagenet barrels — new French oak drawn equally from four forests — for a consistently rich, structured finish. Free-run juice means softer tannins and exceptional clarity of fruit.
Bright and fruit-forward with juicy plums and candied apple on the nose. Big mouthfeel with leather, game, and spice building into a long, balanced finish. An excellent cellar candidate.
