Shipping policy

At EFESTĒ, we take great care to ensure your wine arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • Orders placed after shipping cutoffs will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

  • During high-volume periods (club releases, holidays, promotions), shipments may take slightly longer to process.

Weather Holds & Wine Safety

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect quality:

  • We may hold shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold.

  • If a weather hold is necessary, your order will ship as soon as conditions improve.

  • We encourage customers to select a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.

Adult Signature Required

  • All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery, as required by law.

  • Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and carrier rates.

  • Club members may receive special shipping benefits based on their membership level.

Delivery Timing

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

  • EFESTĒ is not responsible for delays, rerouting, or reshipment fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup options may be available at our tasting rooms. If selected, we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
