Frequently Asked

Can I choose my wines?

Yes - you choose your own assortment from our available wines. Or - keep it simple and take our curated allocation.

How often will I receive shipments?

Aficionado members receive shipments quarterly. Enthusiast & Connoisseur members receive their allocations semi-annually. Your first shipment goes out immediately upon joining.

Can I skip or cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You can skip a shipment or cancel at any time by logging into your member account - no penalties, no minimum commitment.

How do I use my member discount outside of my shipment?

Simply log into your account on efeste.com - the discount is applied automatically at checkout. When visiting our tasting rooms, just let our team know that you're a club member.

Can I pickup my order instead of shipping?

Yes - free pickup is available at both our Woodinville Winery, and EFESTĒ SoDo. Simply select your preference during the signup process.

What if my card fails on renewal?

If your payment fails, your order will not be charged or prepared. You'll receive an email and/or text to update your payment details before we retry.
