96% Syrah, 4% Viognier

This wine was inspired by a visit to Guigal Winery in Northern Rhône. We sought to craft a Northern Rhône-style blend similar in their complexity and structure, using Red Mountain’s unique terroir. With native fermentation and extended maceration, this blend achieves a balanced tannin structure and enhanced depth

TASTING NOTES

This wine showcases remarkable acidity, with the Viognier adding an uplifting, floral note to the nose. The mouthfeel is big, bold, and bloody, complemented by a long, spicy finish, thanks to the extended barrel aging which rounds out the tannins. Sourced from Red Mountain, the wine offers a vibrant, full-bodied profile that is bold and robust. This is a versatile wine that can be aged to your preference or enjoyed right away.
