Our Evergreen Riesling, fermented in 100% concrete, boasts enhanced texture and freshness. This approach allows the true character of the grape and the influence of its growing environment to shine through more clearly.

TASTING NOTES

This vintage of Evergreen Riesling is even drier than previous years, opening with inviting notes of pear and subtle banana. It features a vibrant acidity with hints of tropical pineapple and a long, silky mouthfeel that coats the tongue. As one of the few Rieslings fully fermented in concrete, it offers a fruit-forward profile with exceptional length. The crisp acidity and nuanced fruit flavors make it an ideal pairing for Asian cuisine, perfectly complementing the complexity of spices and flavors in dishes.

Evergreen Vineyards, situated in the Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVA, benefits from a cooler climate due to its elevation and proximity to the Columbia River. This unique environment makes it one of the world’s iconic sites for Riesling.
