100% Grenache

Our 2022 Estate Grenache showcases the unique terroir of our Red Mountain Vineyard. The delicate grapes were fermented entirely in concrete to enhance their distinctive character. Harvested over two days, the whole berries were crushed and underwent native fermentation in concrete for thirty-four days.

TASTING NOTES

Our third vintage of Estate Grenache, sourced entirely from Angela’s Vineyard, is light in color yet bold in flavor. It features a highly aromatic nose with complex spices and floral notes. The palate is rich with berry flavors and complemented by long, dusty tannins. The finish reveals subtle hints of mocha, making it a versatile pairing option for many dishes. According to our winemaker, this is the current favorite wine in the collection!

VINEYARD

Angela’s Vineyard is situated at the very southwest point of Red Mountain. This Grenache grows on a south-facing slope at the highest elevation of Angela's Vineyard.
