100% Cabernet Franc

Our Estate Cabernet Franc is crafted using a concrete tank for whole-berry native fermentation. To enhance the tannin structure and complexity, we allow the juice to remain on its skins for thirty-two days. 

TASTING NOTES

The nose opens with a touch of spice and a whisper of tobacco. On the palate, the fruit comes through nicely, with a finish that is long and mouthwatering. Enjoy this wine now and for several years to come.

VINEYARD

Angela’s Vineyard is situated at the very southwest point of Red Mountain. This Cabernet Franc, grown on a north-facing slope, is a fantastic addition to our Estate series.
