The Estates Collection is exactly what it sounds like — a deep dive into the vineyards that define EFESTĒ. Taylor Mag, Angela's, and Oldfield. Red Mountain, Yakima Valley. Six wines, three estates, one unforgettable case.
Taylor Mag Estate Cabernet Sauvignon | 2022 | Red Mountain, Washington State 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Clone 191 Dirty and dusty on the nose — classic Red Mountain — then opens up to big, jammy fruit on the palate with soft, approachable tannins. This is the Cab for people who think they don't like Cab. Thirty-four days of maceration and careful barrel selection make it impossible to put down. Drink now or cellar up to ten years.
Upright Merlot | 2022 | Red Mountain, Washington State 100% Estate Merlot, Taylor Mag Vineyard A playful nod to Sideways — and a full rebuttal. Upright stands tall as one of our most expressive estate wines, leading with dusty, ancient-soil aromatics and following through with vibrant small fruits and a hint of tobacco. The finish lingers. The argument for Merlot is settled.
Babbit Rosé | 2025 | Yakima Valley, Washington State Oldfield Vineyard Floral, fresh, and built for summer. Oldfield Vineyard sits at 1,400 feet above the Missoula Flood Plain on ancient, rocky soils — and you can taste it. Strawberries and cream carry through to a long, clean finish. This is the bottle you open when the heat is already here.
Estate Grenache | 2021 | Red Mountain, Washington State 100% Estate Grenache, Angela's Vineyard Light in color, bold in everything else. Concrete-fermented from whole berries over thirty-four days, this Grenache leads with complex spice and floral aromatics before revealing rich berry flavors, dusty tannins, and a finish with a whisper of mocha. Our winemaker's current favorite — and it shows.
Estate Petit Verdot | 2021 | Red Mountain, Washington State 100% Petit Verdot, Taylor Mag Vineyard Crafted only in exceptional vintages from hand-selected barrels — and 2021 earned it. Lavender, sage, and sweet herbaceousness on the nose give way to blackberry, plum, and an unmistakable mid-palate hit of chocolate-covered pencil shavings. Red Mountain terroir in its most expressive form.
Ceidleigh | 2023 | Red Mountain, Washington State 100% Estate Syrah, Angela's Vineyard Pronounced kay-lee — Gaelic for celebration, and exactly what this wine calls for. Estate Syrah from the southwest tip of Red Mountain, fermented with 40% whole clusters for depth and character. Grilled meat, a touch of candy-like sweetness, and a long velvety finish. Drink it now or let it age gracefully over the next decade.
One bottle of each. Shipping included — use code CHEERS at checkout. The heat won't wait, and neither should you.
