WINEMAKING NOTES
Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah were pressed separately and then blended about 9 months later. The ’20 Final Final is a 70/30 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Slightly heavier on Cabernet Sauvignon than in the past couple of vintages.

Final-Final is designed to highlight Washington's unique composition of richness and balance. Cabernet Sauvignon adds power, structure, richness, grip, and complexity.
TASTING NOTES
Initial aromas of dark cherries lead to a palate bursting with beautiful richness and texture. This is attributed to our native fermentation techniques; fine-grained tannins make it approachable while young and for years. The mouthfeel has more fruit and gentle spice from the French oak. The Cabernet Sauvignon shows nicely, and the finish showcases that dusty terroir from Taylor Mag Vineyard on Red Mountain. It's a perfect pairing with your favorite meals and friends. Enjoy!
