Portobello French Dip Sandwiches

Marinade Ingredients

2-3 Portobello mushrooms, depending on size
2 zucchini
1/4 cup Merlot
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
