100% Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:

This wine opens with subtle notes of citrus, like pineapple, and a perfect seasonal melon. The mouth-feel has excellent length, and the flavor is quite zesty, almost briny, which is why this wine pairs perfectly with your favorite foods from the sea. We used a combination of barrels and stainless steel in the fermentation process to add to the balanced acidity and structure of this wine. Super citrus and minerality on the lengthy finish!
