The Wine

49% Grenache, 26% Syrah, 25% Mourvedre

Grown from Block One in Stonetree Vineyard, these grapes have been together their whole life. Tricky growing and picking decisions allow us to co-ferment all three varietals.

Tasting Notes:

This wine is back after having taken a year off due to smoke taint in Stonetree vineyard in 2019.  We also modified the grapes we purchase to create more of a true GSM in our Co-ferment.  You’ll notice brightness in this wine, flavors of cranberry, raspberry and iron.  There’s a slight bit of new oak again simply to aid in the lengthy round finish!  Enjoy!
