100% Merlot

Named as a spoof on an old classic movie about wine. This new version of Upright is now sourced from our Taylor Mag estate vineyard. Our Estate Merlot showcases both the beautiful flavors of this classical varietal and the distinct terroir from Red Mountain.

Tasting Notes:

At first, you’ll notice scents of lighter rainier cherry, blackberry, and cherry.   As you sip, there is a certain element of spice to this one as you get flavors of allspice and even cinnamon.  This wine is all about the finish! The silty dust from Taylor Mag vineyard gives this wine the incredible length and mouthfeel that leaves you wanting more.
