95% Syrah, 5% Viognier
Tasting Notes:
A Northern Rhone style Syrah that we co-fermented with about 5% Viognier. Along with extended barrel aging, this style leaves us with an extremely vibrant, full-bodied, and well-textured wine. Once the wine is in your glass, you notice how the small amount of Viognier adds some unique floral notes to the nose.
