“Jolie Bouche” translates from French to “pretty mouth” – named for its smooth mouthfeel. 

Now sourced completely from our Oldfield Estate vineyard in the Yakima, Jolie Bouche is fermented in concrete and stainless steel, with a foot-crushed with 100% whole cluster fermentation to help showcase the wonderful terroir of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes:

The inclusion of stems, as well as the concrete vessel used in the winemaking process, are noticed immediately on the nose of this beautiful big Syrah. Blueberry, blackberry flavors are apparent in the mouth, along with classic black pepper.  This wine also has a wonderfully long and lengthy balanced finish!
