The Wine
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah. Our minimalist approach to producing “Final-Final,” using indigenous yeast during fermentation and not filtering or fining, adds to the “purity of fruit” and gives us a complex and delicious wine.
Tasting Notes:
The ’19 Final Final is a 50/50 blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose has hints of mocha and cacao with herbaceous scents of rosemary. The mouth is bloody and leathery, with candied cherry and boysenberry jam flavors. The Cabernet Sauvignon from Taylor Mag vineyard shows nicely as the finish as long and generous. Perfect pairing with your favorite meats, enjoy!
