EFESTĒ Final Final Subscription.
General Terms & Conditions:

Subscription Commitment: Upon sign-up, you agree to a 12-month commitment consisting of 3 bottles of our Final-Final wine shipped to you every month for a $10 flat rate shipping fee. First month’s shipping is free. If at any time you would like to receive the remainder of your subscription commitment in a one-time purchase, please contact us. You will be charged full price for the shipment of your remaining items.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling 425-398-7200, emailing info@efeste.com, or through the login portal on our website. If you cancel before your one-year commitment is complete, you will be charged the discount saved on your subscription so far, and you forfeit the ability to re-join the Final-Final Subscription.

Payment Terms: Your card on file will be charged on the same day of each month that corresponds to your initial sign-up date. Shipments will be processed and sent out within that same week. Payments are non-refundable after 14 days.

Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to order and receive wine shipments, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Weather Conditions: Wine shipments may be held during extreme weather conditions, such as extreme heat or cold, to ensure product quality. EFESTĒ will notify you if your shipment is delayed due to weather, and your subscription will continue as scheduled once conditions are deemed safe for shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: EFESTĒ currently cannot ship to the following states: Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, New Hampshire, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Communication: EFESTĒ may occasionally contact you via text or email regarding shipping, payments, or your subscription membership.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy; your information is used solely for EFESTĒ communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Modification of Terms: EFESTĒ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or to terminate the Final Final Subscription at its discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which EFESTĒ operates.
