General Terms & Conditions
Membership benefits apply to two people and include free tastings based on your chosen membership level. By signing up, you agree to a one-year commitment. If you cancel early, a $35 administrative fee will apply, and any discounts given on prior purchases must be repaid. Credit cards will be charged 15 days before allocation events, with an additional $10 processing fee for semi-annual allocations. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are extra and will be applied as necessary. Prices for allocated wines vary depending on the selection.
To make changes to your membership or to cancel, please contact us via email, phone, or the online portal at least 30 days before your next charge date. Allocated wines cannot be swapped prior to charge. Payments are non-refundable after 14 days. Allocations must be picked up within 60 days or will be shipped at the member’s expense.
By joining, you also consent to receive updates via text and email, which may include membership updates, event information, and promotional messages. Members must be 21 years or older to join, purchase, and receive wine shipments. A signature is required at delivery. For your convenience, we recommend using a business address for shipments.

EFESTĒ reserves the right to modify these terms, or to terminate the Wine Club or individual memberships, at its discretion.
EFESTE Text Messaging Terms and Conditions Addendum
Introduction
These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions Addendum (“Text Messaging Terms Addendum”) is a legal agreement between EFESTE (“EFESTE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you that supplements the EFESTE terms and conditions (the “Terms”, available from https://efeste.com/club-terms-conditions), by specifically providing the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our SMS messaging program (the “Platform”). In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Terms Addendum and the Terms in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Terms Addendum shall take precedent.
Platform
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number or short code that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You will receive messages with info, promotions, and offers to the number(s) you have provided, including use of an automated system.
Message frequency varies.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
