Dick Boushey’s vineyard has been growing some of the most incredible Syrah for many years. With higher elevations and a cooler climate the Syrah from this vineyard is very unique to Washington. With floral, cherry and slight herbal notes with an earthy essence the wine evokes elegance and balance with a distinct focus on the palate. The word “pretty” comes to mind, hence the name Jolie Bouche which translates to “pretty mouth”. We make Jolie Bouche with indigenous yeast and malolactic to capture the true identity of the place time of the fruit.
